JJSL Vukuzakhe Construction CC was established in 2008 by owner Luanda Wagener. The company remains wholly Black Woman Owned, with a Level 1 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) rating and a Procurement Recognition Level of 135%.
